Services Description

AZ Elite Contracting, LLC provides the following services:

- Contracting Services for Real Estate Projects: Specialized in fixing and flipping properties, we offer comprehensive contracting services to improve and sell properties.

- Real Estate Investment Training: We provide educational resources and training sessions for new and intermediate investors to develop their skills in real estate investment, particularly in fix and flip strategies.

Account Registration

To access certain features of our services, you may be required to register for an account. When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each account must be used individually and is not transferable.

Electronic Communication Opt-Out

You can manage your receipt of marketing and non-transactional communications by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link located on the bottom of our marketing emails or by sending us an email with your request to unsubscribe. Fees and Payment

Fees for services will be agreed upon before service delivery. Services require payment in advance unless otherwise stated in a contractual agreement. All payments are non-refundable except as expressly provided in these Terms.

Membership Fees

AZ Elite Contracting reserves the right to increase membership dues/fees without notification.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content included on our websites, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the Site, is the property of AZ Elite Contracting, LLC or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights.
